Having founded Chic + Swell over 14 years ago, she is an award-winning leader with more than 20 years of industry experience, a former President of MPI Ottawa, and an educator for the next generation of event professionals. Fluently bilingual in French and English, Carole brings a seasoned, visionary approach and CEO-level strategic direction to every project.

Bringing over 30 years of hospitality experience to the team, Cathy is the logistical backbone of Chic + Swell. Bringing over 13 years of corporate event planning expertise to the team, she has a proven track record of flawlessly executing award-worthy, large-scale productions for audiences of 1,200 and beyond. Upbeat, energetic, and deeply invested in her client relationships, Rebecca brings an infectious positivity to every event she touches.

Lindsay’s signature strength is her incredible creativity, utilizing a think-outside-the-box approach to dream up brilliant concepts that clients love. A seasoned professional with nearly a decade in the event space, her expertise extends to curating, designing, and overseeing massive custom builds for major international conferences.
